AOP Patrimonio
The AOC range was born from the selection of our most beautiful plots of vines located on the unique terroir of E Croce. It is available in white, red and rosé for the AOC PATRIMONIO and in sweet white for the AOC Muscat du Cap Corse. The wines bear the imprint of their terroir in each vintage; freshness and minerality to give precise and smooth wines.

Locality E Croce. Clay-limestone soil on a schist base. South-west facing slopes. -

4000 vines/hectare -
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then placed in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 25°C and 30°C. Vatting lasts 12 to 15 days. Daily pumping over. The grapes are then decanted and pressed. Blending of free-run juice and press juice. -
Fermentation
In stainless steel vats, thermo-regulated, for approximately 15 to 20 days. End of alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation before racking. -
Maturation
12 months in stainless steel tanks
Tasting
The colour is a beautiful, dense, deep ruby red. On the nose, beautiful aromas of red fruits: blackcurrant, blackberry and a slight note of liquorice. The mouth is greedy, well structured, full of red fruits and some spices.
