Passion: this is the driving force behind our daily work. Passion for our vines, our heritage, our unique terroir... Each wine is guided by the desire to express the uniqueness of our island wealth by exploring new paths and seeking new blends.
It is from this desire that the Patrimoniale range was born, and the latest cuvée "Biancu Marinu", which we present here, is no exception.
Since the creation of the estate, our work has been guided by the desire to cultivate the vines with respect for and preservation of the environment. This work was rewarded at the beginning of the year by the award of the AB label. If this label does not change anything in our way of working, it is the guarantee that you are tasting a wine that respects the environment, made from grapes that have received neither fertiliser nor pesticides.
Produced from our organically grown vines, this IGP Ile de Beauté is a blend of 60% Muscat Petit Grains and 40% Vermentinu. The subtle blending of these two grape varieties creates a wine that is light and airy. At first sight, the beautiful aromas of fresh grapes and its light golden colour are what grab you. Then, we are seduced by its crisp, fruity and smooth mouth.
If "Biancu Marinu" 2016 has all the attributes to be a vintage that can wait in the cellar for ten years or so, it can be enjoyed this summer, on a beautiful sunny day. Our advice? Serve it chilled (between 8° and 10°) with a scallop risotto with green asparagus or goat's cheese and orange honey appetizers. You'll tell us about it!
If you can, don't hesitate to drop by the estate to taste our Biancu Marinu in the heart of the Patrimonio vineyards. Otherwise, don't worry, the wine is already available in our partner wine shops and restaurants!
A salute !
